#Reporting a problem
Include as much of this as you can, so we can reproduce it:
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Transaction hashes and contract addresses, with links to the explorer.
- The tool and version (Foundry, Hardhat, viem, cargo-stylus, wallet) and the exact error message.
- For bridge issues: the transaction hash on Arbitrum Sepolia and the address you deposited to.
Never send a private key or seed phrase, not even a testnet one. Gully Labs will never ask for it.
#Before you write
- Is the chain up? Check the testnet stats page. A long gap since the last block is normal on a quiet chain: blocks are made only when there are transactions.
- Is the feature live? Check Status and changelog.
- Withdrawals to Arbitrum Sepolia are still rolling out; see Bridging.
