Gully Pass
Gully Pass is one monthly pass, $10 a month in USDC.e, with two parts:
- Unlimited no-fee transactions on Gully Chain from your Gully account (passkey). The Gully paymaster pays the network fee for every transaction, within a fair-use ceiling.
- Pass content: members-only posts, tracks and videos of every Gully creator, ad-free.
95% of what you pay goes to the creators you listened to or watched that month, by time; 5% goes to the platform. Payouts are Merkle roots on chain, so anyone can check where the money went.

The 10 free transactions reset every day at 00:00 UTC. The app shows how many you have left on Me and Wallet, and a review screen says "Free" only when the next transaction really is. When the free ones are used up, the transaction still goes through: your account pays the gas in ETH, and the app offers Gully Pass.
Every number above is a setting of the paymaster (below), so it can change; this page and the app always show the current values.
#Price
The price is 10 USDC.e a month, read live from GullyPass.price() (0x322074C48cbf328CF3242d5dAfF5612549812a4F).
Gully (the governance Safe) can change it:
- a lower price applies at once;
- a higher price is announced on chain and applies by itself 7 days later (
pendingPrice()shows it and when; Gully can cancel it before then). The app shows an announced increase in advance; - it can never go above 100 USDC.e (a fixed cap in the contract);
- a price change never touches a pass that is already paid: your expiry date stays as it is. When you buy, the app
passes the price it showed you as
maxPricePerMonth, so a price change can never charge you more than you agreed to.
The contract also has an optional gas-fee leg (gasFee(), 0 today, at most 5 USDC.e, same 7-day notice for an
increase). If Gully ever turns it on, it is added to the monthly price, goes to the platform to pay for sponsored gas,
and never comes out of the creators' 95%.

#How the paymaster decides
The Gully paymaster signer (l3/aa/paymaster-signer, tiers.mjs) decides each sponsorship in this order:
- The usual limits: per-operation gas caps, per-IP limits, and the daily budget of the whole paymaster.
- Onboarding: an operation that creates the account, buys Gully Pass, or is the account's first name claim, first tip or first coin launch is sponsored and does not use a free transaction. Each call in it must go to that action's contracts (or be a USDC.e approve for them).
- Gully Pass: if
GullyPass.isActive(sender)is true (read on chain, cached for 5 minutes and never past the pass's expiry), the operation is sponsored within the holder ceiling. - Otherwise the free tier: 10 sponsored operations per account per UTC day. The 11th is refused with
not sponsored: free tier used (...), and the app pays the gas in ETH.
Apps can read an account's standing with a plain GET:
