Live

Testnet rails live. The ERC-3643 suite, ONCHAINID and Gully's compliance modules are deployed on Gully Chain Testnet, with one demo asset, TEST-TBILL.

Heads up

Gully Labs does not issue securities. Gully Chain provides compliance rails that licensed issuers use to issue and run their own tokens. TEST-TBILL is a test asset with no value, no underlying asset and no redemption rights. Nothing on this page is an offer or solicitation of securities, and nothing here is legal advice.

#What the rails are

Gully Chain runs the reference implementation of ERC-3643 (T-REX 4.1.3, the permissioned-token standard used for tokenized securities) together with ONCHAINID identities, both GPL-3.0. On top, Gully adds three compliance modules written from scratch:

Piece What it does
TREXFactory and TREXGateway An approved issuer deploys a complete token suite (token, identity registry, compliance, claim and trusted-issuer registries) in one transaction, with CREATE2.
ONCHAINID Each investor has an on-chain identity holding signed claims (for example "KYC passed" from a claim issuer). The self-service gateway lets a wallet create its own identity.
Compliance modules Country deny and allow lists, maximum balance per investor, maximum number of holders. Immutable and ownerless; each issuer configures them for its own token.
Claim topics 1 = KYC, 2 = AML, 3 = qualified investor.

Gully holds no agent or owner power over an issuer's token. An issuer can move its token to its own implementation authority through the IAFactory, after which only the issuer decides on upgrades.

#Contracts

The testnet KYC claim issuer is manual: there is no KYC provider behind it. Gully signs a KYC claim for tester wallets on request so the demo flow can be tried. It must not be read as a verification of anyone.

#TEST-TBILL, the demo asset

"Gully Test Treasury Bill (testnet, no value)", 6 decimals. It shows the full flow: an investor creates an ONCHAINID, gets a KYC claim, is registered with a country, and can then receive and transfer the token within the rules.

Subscription desk (free test units) 0x227AC9bEF3E57F8B351094ab8110B41F919491F9

Rules on the demo token: required claim topic KYC (1), a country deny list, a maximum balance per investor of 100,000 units, at most 10,000 holders, and at most 10,000 units per subscription. The NAV is a mock that starts at 1.00 and accrues a fixed 4.5% per year. None of it has value.

#For issuers

If you are a licensed issuer or transfer agent and want to run a token on Gully Chain, the issuer guide covers what you deploy, how identity claims and agents work, the modules you can attach, bridging and the KYC-provider options. Write to [email protected] and we will send the guide and get your wallet approved on the gateway for a testnet run.

Two technical notes:

  • Compliance that depends on time (lock-ups, holding periods) must use timestamps: block.number on Gully Chain is the parent chain's block number (see Network reference).
  • The ERC-3643 and ONCHAINID contracts are GPL-3.0; their verified sources are on the explorer.

#What comes next

  • A vetted list of KYC claim issuers that issuers can choose to trust (none integrated yet).
  • Issuer-approved bridge routes for permissioned tokens.
  • Mainnet, only with issuers that hold the licences they need, and after counsel has reviewed the rails.
